Once you have selected your country, the fields to complete will appear.

Complete all fields, which is a requirement to ascertain that you are a real person.

Confirm these two declarations by clicking on each one:

Enter the code that appears leaving no spaces. Not case sensitive. Finally click on "Submit":

Once you have finished, you can view your signature ID.
